Delivery Timeframes & Communication
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and confirmed once your order ships. While transit times may vary due to location, carrier conditions, or external factors, we proactively communicate updates whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To help us process your request efficiently, we may require:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the original packaging and pallet (if applicable)
- Your order number
Once the claim is reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
For freight deliveries, we strongly recommend inspecting the shipment upon arrival and noting any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.
